Our Process

You’ll learn how to maximize your qualifications and
technical competencies to progress in your career.

1. Discovery Call

In our first call, we will understand your leadership style, emotional competencies, and personal goals for our sessions.

2. EQi 2.0 Profiling Assessment

The EQ-i 2.0 assessment provides you with a comprehensive profile of your emotional intelligence, enabling you to identify areas where you excel and areas where you can further develop your skills.

3. Strengths-Based Coaching

We meet every 2-3 weeks over a period of 4-6 months to focus on achieving your desired goals. These sessions will be the first steps on your journey of self-discovery, where you can build your own solutions, leading to improved performance and sustainable change.
